The new MediaWiki link is under the page heading and says CentralAuth with a local link. We currently make both a local and meta link at the bottom of the page: accounts^(meta). Many users may not notice the new location and link text. To avoid duplication but still link meta, keep it next to the other global links and help those who got used to the location, I suggest to only drop the local link and just say: accounts.
