The governor of Liaoning, officially the Governor of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, is the head of Liaoning Province and leader of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government. The governor generally serves as the deputy secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, and is the second-highest ranking official in the province after the secretary of the CCP Liaoning Committee.
