„List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, zubatý bílý, modrý s bílou rybou a zubatý bílý, v poměru 3:12:1. Horní zubatý pruh má pět čtvercových a dva poloviční zuby a šest čtvercových mezer, dolní pruh má šest čtvercových zubů, pět stejných a dvě poloviční mezery. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.“
