Work was out of copyright in Canada in 1996, as at the time, Canadian photographs were copyrighted 50 years after their creation, so the work was in the public domain in Canada by the URAA date. Therefore, US copyright was not restored by the URAA. In all the instances of publication of this work, the copyright notice is not included in the 'image credit' (whilst every other image on the page of publication were, so we know that the author of the works is not being slack).
