English: Martin Steinke (German buddhist delegate), Kushok Bakula Rinpoche, Friedrich Voldemar Lustig and Karl Tõnisson (a native of Estonia Este, latv.: Kārlis Tennisons, russ.: Карл Тыниссон, ordained as Vahindra). Those two resided in a Burmese temple since 1949 and represented Latvia as delegates at the 1954 congress of the World Buddhist Federation in Rangoon 1954 at the opening of the 6th buddhist council.
