Adsorption kinetics of PSS (poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)) and PAH (poly(allylamine hydrochloride)) layers can be seen. Thickness of each layer is 2.5 nm. To ensure uniform charge, the gold surface of sensor was primed with PEI (poly(ethyleneimine)). |
