  3. Date of the recording, according to the plate, is approximately November 1930.
  4. The record plate is number K1-A from Polyfar Recording. The plate manufacturer Nippon Polydor Chikuonki Co. (Tokyo, Japan).
  5. The recording was modified to reduce the artifacts of an old record by using Adobe Audition. Pops and clicks were removed by the uploader.
  6. The recording date of the plate was also the date of the performance, November 1930. The location of the recording was from Hongō, Tokyo, Japan.
