Scanned by Infrogmation (talk) in the late 1990s from an original copy of a 1915 - 1919 newspaper, of either New York City or Chicago. Sorry, my detailed notes, along with the full sized scan, were lost thanks to Katrina. This jpg reduced size copy of my scan was rescued from a cache of a defunct website where I uploaded it years ago.

Sorry more precise info on exact source not availible, but as US publication pre 1923, public domain per US law in any case.
