English: Gabriel "Gavrilă" Marinescu (1886–1940) was a Romanian general and politician who served as prefect of the Bucharest Police (1930-1937), undersecretary of state at the Ministry of the Interior (1937), Minister of the Interior (1939) and Minister of Public Order (1939). He also served as President of the Romanian Football Federation (1936-1940).
