English: The cross of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. The standard cross of Malta has been ammended with the addition of lions passant guardant and unicorns passant (the supporters of the British Royal arms) in the main angles. This image was drawn by me using the Order's regulations (as posted on their website) as a model.
