English: Apartment where Behbud Javanshir lived in Baku while he was employed with the Nobel Brothers Petroleum Company. Possibly Javanshir and his German wife Tamara, lived on the third floor. At the time, the street was known as Nikolay, named after the Russian Czar. Today it is called Istiglaliyyat (Independence) Street. The building is across from Naghiyev's Ismayiliyya, which now houses the Presideum of Azerbaijan Academy of Science).
