Godwin Etse Sikanku is a Political Scientist, Author, Lecturer and Head of Directorate for Research, Innovations & Development (DRID) at the Ghana Institute of Journalism. [1][2][3][4] He is best known for his book on Barack Obama, titled “The Afrocentric Obama and lessons on political campaigns”.[3]
