Konapuram Lo Jarigina Katha is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language thriller film directed by K. B Krishna and produced by Macha Venkat Reddy, Battu Anji Reddy & Palle Vinay Kumar under the Anusha Cinema banner.[1] It features Anil Mogili, Sunitha and Syed Sohel Ryan in as lead role and Appa Rao, Rahul Rajesh, Deva Swetha, Halim Khan and others in as supporting role. The film's music composed by Satya Kashyap and the film's cinematography by Eerupula Srikanth and the film's song lyrics by Poornachari.[2]

The trailer and poster of the film release event was launched Rajya Sabha member Joginipalli Santhosh Kumar at his own office in Hyderabad on November, 2019. MP Santhosh Kumar has requested everyone of the Telugu state to watch and support the film and the film's hero Anil Mogili, director K. B Krishna, producers Battu Anji Reddy and Maccha Venkat Reddy, assistants Dumbala Lingareddy, Mahadevuni Srinivas Goud also joined the release event.[6]

Release

The producers of the film was announced to release of the film's poster and trailer on 1 November[7] and the film was released on 8th November 2019.[8]

Music

The film's music and soundtrack album composed by Satya Kashyap.[9]

Reception

Say Cinema wrote that "KLJK is a crime thriller. All lead and other supporting actors has given their best. Director old screenplay and story failed to engaged the public. Comedy, some unwanted scenes pulled down the movie. Love track between lead pair is good. Overall users better to skip the film from weekend list".[10] A critic from 123telugu gave rating the film 1.75/5 and wrote that "Konapuramlo Jarigina Katha is a botched up romantic and crime drama that fails to engage the audience. The lead cast’s performance and some love scenes are good. But the repeated scenes and lack of emotional connect take the film down in no time making it a tedious watch this weekend."[11]
