• Keep (without any enthusiasm): This is a standard error: Japanese Roman-input systems designed in Japan map 'nn' to ん ("syllabic n"), which prevents them from accepting any standard romanisation. So it is very common to encounter triple-n where the writer confused Roman input with standard Romanisation. It is also common to encounter double vowels ignored.
