Nominator's rationale: per WP:OCEGRS, WP:NONDEFINING, and WP:SMALLCAT. The one remaining subcategory of the top-level category, Category:African-American mathematicians‎, is omitted from this proposal for two reasons: first, and more importantly, it is already under discussion, but second, I believe that it is qualitatively different, as an ethnic group of mathematicians that is notable as an intersection: there are multiple books about it, and a major national organization for it. In these other cases, that is not true. The subcategories of Arab mathematicians are nationalities (or in the case of "Medieval Arab mathematicians‎", a cultural milieu and one that is central to the history of mathematics) rather than ethnicities, so they can stay as national categories; I have not listed them. The ethnic sub-subcategories of Medieval Arab mathematicians‎ can be considered separately; they're too different from the modern ethnic categories to be considered in the same CfD. @Marcocapelle, I have no idea who creates the pages in these categories. I just know that the pages get created on en.wp by some automated process and are overwritten by the version on on some other server (I forget which), so there is nothing we can do to change the category names. Theoretically, the category could be populated with members of the Czechoslovak government-in-exile ...but the head article lists only two of them, which wouldn't make a viable category. Keep Frischer was a member of the legislative body of the government. We also have articles on their military forces (which I've added to the category) and other notable members of the government (Edvard Benes, for instance) some of whom are listed in the article Cabinet of the Czechoslovak government-in-exile, which I also added to the category.   • Keep -- This is now parenting two categories and three articles; and there is no obvious merge target. I think it is unkind to say that Czech forces in British pay during WWII were not forces of the exiled government. I agree that much of the tree should probably be CFDed, but a big CFD risks having complications (e.g. people oppose saying its a "trainwreck" rather than for substantive reasons) whilst some editors could still say that they'd prefer an even bigger CFD (e.g. including Category:Cultural monuments of Slovenia etc).
