• Keep: Highly-anticipated production, coverage on production (cast, development, filming, etc) makes it notable imv, precisely per WP:NFF (see my !vote during last AfD not so long ago, and even the page itself). Even if the film was shelved now, it would still be notable in my opinion. Absolutely opposed to deletion.   I agree with this absolutely. A film project of this magnitude deserves healthy edits, and it would frankly be quiet a disgrace if we act irrationally, and resort to cheap control tactics. I recommend that we keep on improving the article, instead of nominating it for deletion, or protecting the page just as to satiate the need to control the space. • Comment: I don't think that "filming just started" and, on the contrary, my understanding is that filming for the first part is more or less wrapped and the film is now in a long phase of post-production. It's filming for part 2 (no article about Ramayana: Part 2 yet, :D) that is about to start). You are correct about the filming. I read that filming began January 19, but that is for the second part as you pointed out. Still curious where the press is that makes the production notable for a film that is almost two years away from being released. Filming for Part 1 has already been completed. The pre-production of this film has been long ongoing, since 2017. It is a highly anticipated production, and it is a long project requiring extensive post-production, which is why it will be taking so long to release.
