Cannot find evidence this has independent notability to pass WP:NEVENT. There were a lot of bombings in the Troubles. • Keep - While, yes, there were a "lot of bombings in the Troubles" (and not all meet WP:NEVENT for standalone titles), my own WP:BEFORE search has thrown up at least a few sources which suggest some lasting relevance. I've added these (and related text) to the article. Including two from Yonah Alexander. One of which is framed more as correlation rather than causation (in terms of drop-off in IRA activity). While the other is more clearly framed as causation (in terms of drop-off in support from Qadhafi). The pre-existing Nationwide source/report, in which John Stapleton (timestamp 1m20s) speaks about the "[IRA's] latest line in explosive hardware" (and George Styles subsequently talks about its relevance) are also, IMO, contributory...
