To sign my guestbook, it's preferred you put the sharp character (#) and your username, followed by a message like so:

# [[User:RemoveRedSky|RemoveRedSky]] -- Hi! ~~~~

If done correctly, it should produce something like this:

1. RemoveRedSky -- Hi! / RemoveRedSky ^[talk] 19:57, 10 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You can also just put a sharp character and your signature by typing # ~~~~.
Don't worry about getting it wrong, I can correct it if I have to.
