Notice

The article Uthman Ibn Farooq has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article on Uthman Ibn Farooq fails to meet Wikipedia's general notability guidelines WP:GNG for inclusion. The subject's coverage in reliable, secondary sources appears to be insufficiently substantial and independent of promotional or self-published content. While he has a presence on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, the majority of the references cited either derive from websites of questionable reliability or are focused on basic videos or statistical data (e.g., subscriber count, views) and not substantive biographical or critical coverage.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Codonified (talk) 12:48, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Do not take out deletion tag without prior consensus, such acts are disruptive and violate the policies of wikipedia Codonified (talk) 14:34, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Uthman Ibn Farooq requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Uthman Ibn Farooq. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. đŸ‡ș🇩 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me đŸ‡ș🇩 22:34, 26 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of American Muslims. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 15:38, 28 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Daniel Haqiqatjou

You appear to have engaged in an edit war based on the reverts you have made on Daniel Haqiqatjou. This means that you have been repeatedly changing the article back to how you think it should be, even though multiple editors have objected to the content which you have changed or added to the article. Users are expected to discuss with others, avoid editing disruptively, and reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you perform or how often you perform reverts.
  2. Edit warring in and of itself violates Wikipedia policy, but it can be highly disruptive if it involves the addition of content without verifying it, content based on outdated sources, and original research into articles, and this entails multiple violations of Wikipedia policies.
  3. Undoing another user's edit, in whole or in part, involving the same or different material, and whether performed using undo, rollback, or done so completely manually counts as a revert.

The bottom line is: avoid edit warring even if you believe that your reverts are justified and that there is nothing wrong with the article the way you think it should be. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing or the page you are performing reverts on may be locked. HyperShark244 (talk) 05:55, 30 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
