Without the 2nd para, I would say this is just a DICDEF. The 2nd para does expand on the subject beyond that, but it looks like OR to me, and in any case is supported only by a single source, of unknown reliability. I feel like for a non-English common noun like this to be included in an English-language encyclopaedia, we need to see more and better sources, in English, discussing the term and concept.
