I have not found the original story about slaughtered goats on the Toronto Sun site because it of course has been corrected. However, in other places e.g. here I find that Ms Levy actually wrote: On Tuesday, one visitor from Virginia —calling the three-star hotel a “disgrace” —claimed that animal services needed to be called on the second night he was there because “some goats were being slaughtered” in the public bathrooms. Therefore I changed "falsely alleged" to "quoted a false allegation". Peter Gulutzan (talk) 14:33, 3 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
