The Articles of Confederation were not adopted in Philadelphia.
This article is incorrect when it claims that the Articles of Confederation were adopted in Philadelphia. At the time of their adoption, Philadelphia was occupied by the British. Because of this, the Articles of Confederation were adopted in the Continental Congress's temporary capital of York, Pennsylvania. Please edit to correct this.
