I removed the French to Spanish transition period. Ulloa was a Spanish governor but the residents in rebellion refused to recognize him but France did not support the rebellion. Aubry then replaced him under Spanish authority (I switched the order as the list was incorrect). I am doing all this because I'm working on an Aubry biography.
