The article says that Banelco ATMs are one third of Argentina's ATMs. The problem is that the source cited only mentions a few of the Banks which operate the network (actually only 6 of the more than 15 banks which operate ATMs in this network. Being an Argentine, I'd say that Banelco should probably amount to more than half of the ATMs in the country.
