Review in progress. @Surtsicna: has added to a tiny stub (by @Aciram: and using a Fr:wiki translation and some fine sources s/he has created this article. All the sources are offline so AGF. Length and age are fine (and I assume no close paraphrasing). There was a coat of arms in the article but that has gone - not sure why, but now there is no image.
