Neagley is an upcoming American television series based on the character created by Lee Child. It is a spin-off series from the Reacher television series, with Maria Sten reprising the role of Frances Neagley.
Premise
Neagley is seeking the truth following a suspicious accident which kills an old friend.[1]

Development
The series received a series order from Amazon Prime Video in October 2024.[2]
Nick Santora and Nicholas Wootton developed, are executive producers and co-showrunners of the series, which is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Skydance Television, along with CBS Studios. The series is also executive produced by Lee Child, Don Granger, and Lisa Kussner with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Matt Thunell, Carolyn Harris, Kenny Madrid, and Niko Fernandez.[3]
Writing
Maria Sten was excited to delve into Neagley's life since she couldn't do so in Reacher: "Neagley has a lot going on in her life. She has a history, and she has a life lived. She has some quite severe personal issues of her own that she’s grappling with…I’m just thrilled to get going and sink my teeth in".[4]
Casting
Sten reprises her role of Frances Neagley from Reacher with Alan Ritchson appearing as Jack Reacher in a guest starring role.[3] In February 2025, Greyston Holt, Jasper Jones, Adeline Rudolph, Matthew Del Negro and Damon Herriman were cast as series regular.[5]
Filming
Filming began in Toronto on February 18, 2025, with the schedule to last into June 2025.[6][7]
