From Theatrum Orbis Terrarium... by Ortelius, Antwerp, [1] The attributed arms of Prester John (A lion rampant facing to the sinister holding in its paws a quasi-Tau cross of full height) are shown at top left above the caption: titulus & insignia Presbiteri Jo(hann)is (tinctures not reliable, added differently by later colourists).
