Image scanned by w:User:ExplorerCDT (me) in 2004 from a vintage postcard created c. 1905. Postcard is in my collection. Copyright expired long ago, the photographer of the picture/publisher of the postcard are both long dead (before 1945). Under Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp., 36 F.Supp.2d 191 (S.D.N.Y. 1999), I cannot claim any copyright or legal rights to the image as this photographic/scanner copy of the work is not original and just duplicates the previous work.
