English: Hashtsal Minar, also known as Mini Qutb Minar, Chhota Qutub Minar, Mini Minar, and Kaushal Minar situated in Hashtla Village near Uttam Nagar (West), Delhi, India. It is believed that Shah Jahan built this pavilion as a hunting lodge. This Minar may have been intended by him to be used as a shooting-tower.
