DescriptionGateway, Caledonian Hotel - geograph.org.uk - 72363.jpg
English: Gateway, Caledonian Hotel. Rutland Street. This about all that is left of Edinburgh's other mainline station, Princes Street. The site of the station has been finally redeveloped as the Head Office of Standard Life. This gateway is next to a former railway hotel, The Caledonian, which still retains the name of the old railway company, unlike the North British at the other end of Princes Street.
