STVW (“Steve W”) is a German DJ and music producer. He gained recognition through his releases on Spinnin’ Records, Revealed Recordings, Rave Culture, and Virgin EMI. His international acclaim grew particularly through collaborations with DJs like Timmy Trumpet, W&W, or Cheat Codes. STVW regularly performs at major music festivals such as Parookaville or World Club Dome, renowned clubs like Bootshaus.^[1], as well as international shows across Europe and Asia^[2]. Career

STVW began releasing his first songs in 2015 on SoundCloud, primarily in the Big Room genre. He gained attention from DJs such as Hardwell^[3], Blasterjaxx^[4], W&W, and Ummet Ozcan through his bootlegs. In 2018, he released his first track, Lean Back^[5], on Revealed Recordings, followed by additional singles on the Dutch label. In 2019, his remix of I Feel Ya by the U.S. trio Cheat Codes and Norwegian singer Ina Wroldsen was released. His breakthrough came in 2021 with the tracks Heartbreak^[6] and Time Capsule, produced alongside AXMO on W&W’s label Rave Culture. These songs blended classic Big Room and Trance elements.

In the following year, STVW collaborated with British DJ Ben Nicky on the single Soulmate, which topped the Hard Dance Beatport charts for several weeks^[7]. The track received support from major artists like Timmy Trumpet, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, and the hardstyle duo Da Tweekaz. This marked the beginning of STVW’s Punk Rave era^[8], which combines EDM with Pop-Punk and Rock elements. Later that year, he released Music In The Air, a collaboration with W&W’s Trance alias NWYR and AXMO, blending experimental Trance with Rock influences.

In 2023, STVW released The Money, a collaboration with Australian DJ Timmy Trumpet and Hardstyle DJ Dr Phunk, on Spinnin’ Records. Additional Punk Rave tracks and collaborations followed, including work with Tungevaag and an official remix of the viral German hit Lebenslang by Tream and DJ duo HBz. The remix became a staple in festival sets by DJs like W&W and Timmy Trumpet in Germany^[9].

In 2024, STVW released a Punk Rave cover of the Sum 41 hit Still Waiting (2002), which amassed millions of views on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram even before its official release^[10]. He also collaborated with the American duo Breathe Carolina and HBz on new tracks. In May of the same year, he released an EDM version of Green Day’s Boulevard of Broken Dreams^[11].

In addition to his own music, STVW also works as a producer for other artists. In 2024, he contributed to the single Kamikaze by german rapper Tream and Finch, which reached #29 on the German charts^[12].

In 2025, he released an official version of the blink-182 hit All The Small Things (1999) in collaboration with Timmy Trumpet^[13].
