Thanks a lot Adamt - this was very informative. I tried to search Poczekalnia but with no success. And you have ended up to same conclusions as I about the subject. Thanks for reply. Ralf hasn't reply yet, so I think, he resigned...
I live near Konin, so I can start form Konin or Poznań. Date: to nagotiation: I should be availible form first days of July (July 1, I have last exam at university). But we must wait for training, special ID cards and our railway tickets from Polish Railways.

I prepare provisional routes per day:

D1: Poznań - Oborniki - Rogoźno - Chodzież - Piła (night in Piła)
D2: Piła - Białośliwie - Bydgoszcz - Toruń (night in Toruń)
D3: Toruń - Ciechocinek - Włocławek - Kutno - Koło - Konin (night in Konin)
D4: Konin - Strzałkowo - Września - Kostrzyn Wlkp. - Poznań (night in Poznań)
D5: One day off, taking pictures in Poznań (maybe journey to Wolsztyn)
D6: Poznań - Rokietnica - Wronki - Krzyż - Drezdenko - Gorzów (night in Gorzów)
D7: Gorzów - Kostrzyn - Rzepin - (Frankfurt /Oder) - Zielona Góra (night in Zielona Góra)
D8: Zielona Góra - Czerwieńsk - Zbąszynek - Zbąszyń - Opalenica - Poznań (night in Poznań)
D9: Poznań - Luboń - Czempiń - Kościan - Leszno - Ostrów Wlkp. - Jarocin - Poznań (night in Poznań)
D10: Poznań - Gniezno - Mogilno - Inowrocław (end of journey)

I think to change the route, so we finish in Poznań not Inowrocław (from Poznań we have better departures). Probably my friend from Gniezno will join to us, so he takes photos on line Poznań - Inowrocław and we will finish after nine days.

Any group starts his expedition individually, but we can initially agreed on 24-26 July + 10 days = 3-5 August - finish.

I have no idea, when or where the training starts. I'll try to find out. I have no idea, what type of tickets we recieve, maybe for faster trains (InterREGIO, REGIOekspres or TLK, maybe even Express InterCity). I think, we can stop on other main stations (see above). Expedition Coordinator Paweł Zienowicz respond: more information from Polish Railways probably will be provide in next week. He wrote, that course is volountary, unless you want to walk on or close to the tracks. After course you will recieve special pass. And Paweł says that Ralf's silence, can be considered as resignation, so I erase him form list. Moreover, I published provisional expedition route, you can see this at expedition page. 1. We will start 1 August, at 8:30 am. I'll try to come to Poznań day earlier.

2. There were no free tickets, so collect your ticket form Gdańsk to Poznań and then Wikimedia give you recompense.

3. I need your name, last name, full address and date of birth to obligatory insurance, funded by Wikimedia.
