I have started Draft:Valnet, Inc., because the subject has become rather notorious for acquiring and restructuring popular media websites like Screen Rant and CBR. My intent is to merge some of its stubby subsidiaries into this article once it is in shape to move to mainspace, although I note that this is outside of my general area of expertise, and could use some additional eyes.
