Quality

Requests for assessment
- Hotel and Motel are both top-priority and tagged as start class. Hotel actually didn't look half-bad, motel has been recently cleaned up and sanitized for your protection. (Unfortunately, Resort as the third in this set is still buried in clean-up tags.)
