Runels was blocked for making legal threats. An hour later, the sock registers, shows up and makes a pretty long diatribe on the talk page, using terminology and phrases that's pretty similar to that of Runels. I'm somewhat involved in this account as I was a third opinion on Talk:Selphyl, the page in question.
