- File:AngryParsley.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- This image, due to its fashion, it very likely to be a school or personal photograph taken by a professional photography company. As a result, this image is very likely to be a copyright violation, as photography companies typically hold full copyright to their images, which I believe this image to be. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 01:22, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Hugh B Scott.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Image appears to be from http://wings.buffalo.edu/uncrownedqueens/K/bios/S/scott_hugh_b.html , not a federal government source as claimed. Mosmof (talk) 06:48, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Network Card 3.png (delete | talk | history | logs).
- This is claimed as PD-self, However there is a clear artistic design shown on the railcard concerned.. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 11:31, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Swat BD.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- This is a copyrighted image of the Bangladesh Police. Not their logo. Seems like an invalid fair use rationale to me. —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 11:49, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Dan Hardy FanExpo.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- The image has a, rather large, copyright statement at the top of the image. The name on the statement doesn't coincide with the name provided by the uploader. I also want to note, that it appears the uploader has a history of uploading copyrighted images to Wikipedia. --TreyGeek (talk) 12:49, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Hfem.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- It's one of the 5 default "My pictures" of Windows XP. MGA73 (talk) 20:55, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Also matched Commons AbuseFilter: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/31 Perhaps an idea to export it to en.wikipedia (if not already the case, as this image is several years old). Exact name is "Winter.jpg" in Windows' sample My pictures folder. Krinkle (talk) 21:03, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: procedural keep. This venue is for disputing the copyright of files that licensed under a free license. Files for deletion is that way. — ξxplicit 01:17, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- File:Mehrabad Airport logo.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- The licensing and Non-free media use rationale for this file are based on this being a logo, but I do not believe this qualifies as a logo "to help the reader identify the organization", because it seems clear to me that this file is just the entire banner artwork taken from the top of the http://mehrabad.airport.ir/ website. This alleged "logo" image is 1000px wide, and more accurately represents the efforts of a Web site's graphic artist to decorate and identify the site. (My apologies if the nomination for deletion lands in the wrong heap; I always have trouble with these things.) — JohnFromPinckney (talk) 23:03, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
