- Keep, sandbox version of an article that exists in mainspace at Purple States. (Note: I declined the speedy under the same pretense) –xeno (talk) 18:01, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- I didn't follow at first ... now I see that Calton tagged two very similar pages for db-spam speedy deletion; you declined one, and I'm declining the other (while I wait to see how the discussion here unfolds). - Dan Dank55 (push to talk) 18:09, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, I didn't even notice that. Good catch. Still, keep while the mainspace exists this sandbox is perhaps being used to make improvements to the article. –xeno (talk) 18:17, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

- Keep, although it wouldn't bother me if the decision goes the other way. The standard Twinkle db-spam warning includes "please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you." Why are we offering to move spam into people's userspaces so they can work on it, and then deleting it when it gets there? - Dan Dank55 (push to talk) 19:03, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- Calton is a little overeager when it comes to these pages. I think, at the very least, he should leave the ones that are actual subpages alone. –xeno (talk) 19:08, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- Keep - this is a valid use of userspace to work on an article. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 20:39, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- Keep - user is working on an article by the looks of it. No need to delete here. Versus22 talk 22:48, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
- Keep Proper usage of userspace. Collect (talk) 02:03, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
- Keep I agree, this is a proper use of userspace. Pastor Theo (talk) 02:10, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
- Keep - although not much work has been done on it yet, NY Times, CNN, Washington Post (wp:rs) suggest it meets WP:N guidelines. Proper use of userspace. — Ched ~ (yes?) 19:06, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
