Such matters as being discussed on forums and being "featured on important events" do not feature in the current notability guidelines, so arguments based on those considerations carry little weight.   • KEEP This article should be kept as it is about one of the most important tools for creating MSI installers. It is constantly discussed by Microsoft MVPs (Most Valued Professionals), on forums about software for Educational IT, on several IT-focused large subreddits on Reddit. Also, it is featured on important events for the industry (e.g. App Manage Event).
