A clear-cut WP:BLP1E case. The person has no independent notability apart from the church shooting which is already covered in 2008 Tennessee Unitarian Church Shooting. There is no additional info in the present article suitable for merging, but a redirect from Jim David Adkisson to 2008 Tennessee Unitarian Church Shooting would probably be appropriate.
