This topic is/was not notable as an independent topic. I found 2 reliable sources using the term ([1] and [2]) along with a variety of lawyers and legal firms using it. While the topic itself is dated, I can't even find clear references from the time of the supposed crisis that support that this term was widely used. Any relevant information can be merged into H-1B visa. Qwyrxian (talk) 01:54, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Merge. Not enough sources to warrant its own article, it could just be included in the main article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by TheFSaviator (talk • contribs) 03:06, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge to H-1B visa. There's always an ongoing crisis about immigration. RayTalk 14:59, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
