I do not believe a WP:BEFORE has been carried out on what looks to be an old and historical school, reasonably well referenced and with a clear prima facie claim to notability. • A search of "maktab sultan abu bakar" OR "english college" site:nst.com.my OR site:hmetro.com.my OR site:thestar.com.my OR site:malaysiakini.com OR site:freemalaysiatoday.com on Google provided very limited in-depth coverage about the school itself. The existing reliable source citations in the current article only addressed on a centenary celebration so nothing in this article directly established notability, and the history section have been failing WP:V for years.
