• Delete. This subject has a single reliable, in-depth source (Curbed, which is currently owned by New York magazine). There is no other in-depth coverage of this blog in reliable sources. Basically it's a neighborhood blog in the vein of West Side Rag or ilovetheupperwestside, rather than an actual publication with significant coverage. • Delete: agree with nom and contributor that the curbed source provides sigcov but none of the others really do.
