• Keep - I do not see any lack of sources; also, there are already quite extensive articles on him in other languages. Moving the article′s title might be in order, in line with 2015 Russian Sukhoi Su-24 shootdown, but this is but a tentative suggestion. • Keep - In its earlier versions, this paper lacked references in English, but now several reliable references are incorporated.
