Biodiversity on Earth
Is it possible to create a page on the future of biodiversity on Earth or has it already been done? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vicki breazeale (talk • contribs) 15:29, 30 August 2013 (UTC)
Hi, since it appears you are having difficulty with Wiki, I suggest you use the Article Wizard and use Live Chat to speak to other editors on getting your articles in Wiki w/o them being speedy deleted. Tyros1972 Talk 17:15, 30 August 2013 (UTC)
/* Speedy deletion nomination of Great wilderness */
I believe I submitted information on National Geographic's inclusion of Great Wilderness work on it's web page.
Please advise me as to what I should do next.
Thanks

INgrooves again...
I've removed that line (that seems to be somewhat contentious) from INgrooves and thought I should explain why. You and I have discussed that claim in the past and that line in particular but we are still waiting for a reliable source to verify it. We really can't keep an allegation like that in an article without a reliable source and adding a {{citation needed}} template to the end as an acknowledgement that there isn't one really isn't sufficient. Multiple IPs (even if they are the same person) have now disputed that claim for which we still haven't been able to provide a source. I've had another look today and still can't find anything beyond the blogs and forums we've had from the start. As soon as you find one, back in it goes. But until then, it should probably be removed. Yeah? Stalwart111 13:10, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
- I have no problem with that as I have no opinion on the article or company except I am leaning toward that statement as being false to be honest with you. The only reason I reverted those was there was {{citation needed}} and I thought it had to be discussed on talk page? Tyros1972 Talk 13:51, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, I actually figured as much. Absolutely, it should be discussed, but it probably shouldn't be there while it is discussed. The article names individuals and accuses their company of particular things (without a source) which becomes a WP:BLP issue. If it is true, there will likely be a strong source for it eventually. If not, we can relax knowing we've done the right thing. But a technicality and yeah, I didn't think you'd have any particular objection. Cheers, Stalwart111 14:11, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for explaining that and yes it makes sense and I agree. Tyros1972 Talk 16:17, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
Biodiversity on Earth
This topic is my subject. I found the pages on Wikipedia and the pages need editing but I have no time to do it now. But I will try to do it soon.
Best regards,

Possibly unfree files
Some of your uploads may be unfree. See Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files/2013 November 15#OTRS pending since July. --Stefan2 (talk) 22:30, 15 November 2013 (UTC)
- This was settled a long time ago. The website owned e-mailed wiki and it was cleared. I don't have time or interest to fight this as it is not my concern. I did not create the article for any other reason except it was a notable cause, other then that I don't have time to protect the logo. Do what you wish with it. Tyros1972 Talk 18:09, 16 November 2013 (UTC)
- According to Commons:Commons:OTRS/backlog, all e-mails older than 7 days have been processed. Your uploads were uploaded more than 7 days ago, so it would seem that the copyright holders either didn't send any e-mail or that they didn't make it possible to find out which file(s) the permisison(s) applied to. Try asking at WP:OTRS/N, or if that doesn't work, make sure that the copyright holder sends an appropriate permission statement. --Stefan2 (talk) 18:03, 17 November 2013 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of New Media Rights
The article New Media Rights has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Article about an organization that seems to be part of California Western School of Law, cited only to a blog. It is unclear what its claim to notability is. Article is unimproved after 18 months and still orphaned. Fails WP:GNG.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sionk (talk) 21:56, 4 February 2015 (UTC)
