A tag has been placed on Talk:Jaldihealthy, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

A tag has been placed on Jaldihealthy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

COI

You have an obvious conflict of interest and you must declare it. If you work directly or indirectly for an organisation, or otherwise are acting on its behalf, you are very strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Ombisen18. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Ombisen18|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI can lead to a block. Please do not edit further until you respond to this message.

Also read the following regarding writing an article

  • you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the organisation, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the organisation claims or interviewing its management. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls
  • The notability guidelines for organisations and companies have been updated. The primary criteria has five components that must be evaluated separately and independently to determine if it is met:
  1. significant coverage in
  2. independent,
  3. multiple,
  4. reliable,
  5. secondary sources.
Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability.
  • you must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.
  • there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
  • you must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.

Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. This page is not unambiguously promotional because similar companies have Wikipedia pages (e.g., Randstad NV, Robert Half, etc.). If Wikipedia is biased, I will stop following and donating to it, which I do regularly, and I will advocate that this is a biased platform with its own rules and regulations, lacking transparency.
People are searching for NLB Services; its brand name has more than 10,000 searches monthly, and many are impersonating this brand and deceiving users. It is necessary to keep this page live to educate users that the company exists and to confirm that this is the correct entity.
So, it is my humble request that you please approve this page. If there are any lines you believe are not appropriate or promotional in nature, feel free to delete them; I am okay with any necessary adjustments.
Thank you for your consideration. Ombisen18 (talk) 13:57, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ombisen18 You have a mistaken, but unfortunately common, belief in what Wikipedia is for. We are an encyclopaedia of notable topics. We are not an information platform to educate users that a company exists.
I have rejected the draft, please do not submit it again.
Let me know if you have any questions. Qcne (talk) 15:19, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
What about similar companies, such as Randstad NV and Robert Half, have Wikipedia pages. Ombisen18 (talk) 17:03, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ombisen18 Wikipedia has millions of articles, tens of thousands of which are poor quality. No volunteer has gotten around to deleting or improving them yet, so we certainly don't want to add more poor quality articles to the project. Our standards have also increased over the years to combat spam.
Both articles you mention, Robert Half and Randstad NV, have maintenance tags at the top showing that they have quality issues. They may not have been accepted into the project if they were submitted for review in their current state today.
By all means work on improving existing articles: we would be grateful. Remember we are all volunteers. Qcne (talk) 17:07, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just wanted to add, @Ombisen18, we do have strict policies and guidelines on inclusion. We also have bias. Some hopefully interesting reading below:
- Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not
- Wikipedia:Notability
- Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines
- Wikipedia:Systemic bias
- Wikipedia:Verifiability, not truth Qcne (talk) 17:12, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
How these companies listed Randstad NV and Robert Half, just tell me, don't tell me genuine bias. This is a completely fraudulent practice. Ombisen18 (talk) 17:16, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ombisen18 I just told you above that both the Robert Half and Randstad NV articles have quality issues (see the boxes at the top). Both articles were originally created in 2005, when our policies were lax. They would not have been accepted if submitted today.
I don't know how else to explain this to you, but do let me know if you have further questions. Qcne (talk) 17:19, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Then you should delete these pages as well, as you can't have two rules in one place. Let’s assume that, at that time, Wikipedia didn’t have a policy—so what? Now they do, so they should either clean it up or accept it as it is. That’s the main point; otherwise, it could appear biased, especially since it's not public property. We will no longer trust Wikipedia, nor will we donate to a biased platform. I’ll also write to Jimmy and Larry to address these practices. Thanks for helping me understand—keep up the biased work. Ombisen18 (talk) 13:42, 25 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi again @Ombisen18. You are more than welcome to nominate both those articles for deletion if you feel that is appropriate.
FYI donations go to the Wikimedia Foundation who run the servers, us volunteer editors have no control or say in donations. It is entirely your prerogative if you donate or not.
