Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Your problematic behaviour
You have been editing badly on London, engaging in an edit war, for which you have been warned sufficient times already concerning other pages. You blank your talk page, and this shields this bad behaviour from others. You also fail to sign your posts on Talk:London properly, although you have been advised about this back in 2016. Your behaviour seems not to have changed, since you were warned about all these issues from 2016, when you were also blocked for abusing multiple accounts. Until you can give an assurance that you will abide by all relevant policies for correct editing on wikipedia and discussions on talk pages, I am not convinced that you should be editing. You have been given sufficient warnings in the past over the preceding two years. Consequently, I will block you until you can give such an assurance here. Specifically:
- You will not engage in edit wars (see WP:BRD and WP:EW).
- You will sign all posts you make to talk pages using four tildes (the ~ sign) (WP:SIG).
- You will endeavour to post only accurate information and reference it appropriately (see WP:RS).
- You will not abuse editing rights by using multiple accounts
