Why the ANI discussion of disruptive Hunan201p is archived without discussion ending or conclusion by a bot? This seems either to be a mistake or someone is actively protecting him. I know no user who has been such disruptive than him, with many proposing topic bans or blocks, but no action is taken! This is fringe.
