Greetings, carbon-based bipeds! In other words carbon-based bipedal life forms descended from an ape.

My approach has always been towards perfection, without causing harm to anyone or anything! Other than being a heterotroph, that is. There are certain topics I believe I can share my knowledge and experience in, by using various sources I am familiar with.

I will start with a concise introduction, then continue with a more comprehensive one. Personal data, according to me, are quite irrelevant. What matter are the fields of knowledge one is confident to have mastered, or at least has a long term experience tackling matters and problems directly part of or connected to them. The deepest of my knowledge could be figuratively categorized in three major fields - Science, Mountains, and Chess (or Strategy Games in general):

Science [Predominantly Fundamental Science and more specifically Natural Science - mainly Physical Science (Physics, Astronomy, Astrophysics, Cosmology, Planetology, Geophysics, Geology, Earth Science - Outline of Earth sciences, Atmospheric sciences, Oceanography, Environmental Science, Environment and Sustainability, Chemistry), somewhat less Life Science (Evolution, Evolutionary biology, History of evolutionary thought, Paleontology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, Cytology, Genetics, Anatomy, Zoology, Botany, Mycology), and Formal Science (Chaos theory, Game theory, Information theory, Logic, Mathematics, Statistics); in contrast to more shallow Applied Science (Engineering, Electronics, Medicine), and least Social Science - with the notable exceptions of History, Historical Maps, Archaeology, partly Anthropology, Linguistics - Etymology and Onomastics (Toponymy, Hydronymy, Ethnonymy, Anthroponymy), Futurology; but also Scientific method, History of scientific method, History of Science, Philosophy of Science, Philosophy, Metascience, Interdisciplinary Science, Exact Science, Hard Science, Demarcation problem; while rigorously excluding Pseudoscience].

Mountains (Science about, Formation, Orogeny, Orogenic belts, Geology, Geologic Maps, Paleomaps, Plate reconstruction, Palaeogeography, Geography and Geomorphology, Landforms, Topography and Cartography, Topographic Maps, Ranges, Chains, Massifs, Plateaus, Volcanoes, Peaks, Elevations, Prominence and Isolation, Statistics, Climate, Nature and Wildlife within, Human inhabitants, Travellers and Explorers, Outdoor activities, Camping, Hiking and Scrambling, Rock and Altitude climbing, Effects of high altitude on humans, Climbing routes, Climbing guides, Topos, Climbing grades, Climbing techniques, Climbing gear, Climbing terms, First ascents, History of Mountaineering, Philosophy behind it, Camping, Mushroom, forrest fruit and herb picking, Mountain Photography, Peak and climbing route image databases, Mountain Documentaries, Films and Festivals).

Chess (Theory, Practice, Endgames, Endgame tablebases (Nalimov tablebases), Endgame books, Openings (Open Game, Semi-Open Game, Closed Game, Semi-Closed Game, Indian Game, Flank openings, Irregular openings, Gambits), Encyclopaedia of Chess Openings, ECO codes, ECO tables, Openings outline, Opening theory, Opening books, Middlegame, Chess composition, Chess notation, Chess History, Chess players, Chess tournaments, Swiss-system tournaments, Chess matches, Chess titles, Chess champions, Statistics, Science and Mathematics in chess, Computer chess, Chess engines, Centaur chess, Correspondence chess, Online chess and servers, Unorthodox chess and variants, Chess960 and numbering, Training and Coaching, Art and Philosophy in chess).

These are the major fields of my knowledge. Any other topic could fall well among my interests (for example Museums, Libraries, Maps, Books, Science Fiction (mainly Hard Science Fiction), Sci-Fi TV Series, Tolkien's Legendarium, Cinema (Movies, Directors, Actors), Painters (Dali, Escher, Dutch School, Italian Renaissance), Music (especially Electronic Music, Rock 'n' Roll, Music of the 70s, 1980s, 1990s), Video Games and Gaming, Strategy Video Games (mostly 4X TBS and RTS, but also RTT, TBT, Artillery, TRPG, City-building, Tower defense, Puzzle), Tabletop Games (Board Games, Deterministic Abstract Strategy Games, Non-deterministic Eurogames, Tile, Card and Dice Games; Paper-and-pencil Games, Guessing Games), Cycling (History, Disciplines, Road Bicycle Racing, Grand Tours), Table Tennis, formerly Soccer (History and Statistics, World Cups), Numismatics, Philately, Cats, Porsches, pre-1990 Škodas), but most probably nowhere near the depth of the major three above.

My language proficiency is as follows: English - 5 (Secondary education bias), Russian - between 3 and 4 (able to comprehend and translate almost anything, except perhaps some poetry; also Secondary education bias), Bulgarian - native. That is, of course, not considering Mathematics - the language of Nature, that avoids ambiguity and inconsistency of human language (Tertiary education in Higher and Further Mathematics).

Other information that some might find relevant - BSc in Physics (Astronomy, Geophysics, and Meteorology bias); Thesis title: "New Cosmology (1998-2003)"; MSc in Astronomy and Astrophysics; Professional astronomer (2004) - IA at BAS (Active galactic nuclei, Blazars, Compact object containing variable binaries - Cataclysmic variables: Symbiotic or Z And type variables, Recurrent Novae, VY Scl; RS CVn, BY Dra, UV Cet, Mira type variables, h-index = 8); Certified climber (2010) at BFCA - a UIAA member; Online (1999) and OTB (2007) chess player - FIDE rated (2009); Morphy number = 5; Certified 3rd Category National Chess arbiter (2011) at BCF; Certified Chess coach (2019) at NSA.

My Morphy number is 5 (MN5). I have played against GM Kiril Georgiev on 21.02.2009. The simul game resulted in a somewhat quick draw (20 something moves), while I had the black pieces. GM Georgiev has a Morphy number of 4, which he has obtained multiple times - playing against MN3 opponents GM Svetozar Gligoric (5 games between 1986 and 2000 - 4 draws and a win), GM Borislav Ivkov (1986, draw), and GM Vasily Smyslov (1993, draw).

My Erdős number is yet to be calculated. I do not have a Bacon number, nor a Sabbath number.
