This user invites any other user to report him to an admin if he commits more than one content reversion at a single page in a single day, and does not self-revert within 15 minutes, regardless of whether the page in question is under sanctions, and requests that any admin hearing such a report immediately impose a 72-hour block that cannot be appealed, but is noted to be voluntary, unless the admin would have done it anyway.
