Talk:Rudger Clawson

Bias

I've got a reference book that tells a different story of Mr. Clawson's being held up in the forest. Are you sure the account on this page isn't biased towards making him sound like a hero?

First polygamist to serve a sentence

The statement "Clawson was the first practicing polygamist to be convicted and serve a sentence" isn't accurate, according to sources I have. See Talk:List of Latter Day Saint practitioners of plural marriage#Factual errors. However, I haven't deleted the statement because I don't have access to the sources used to create this page. Does anyone have a source for this statement, or is it just made-up? Rich Uncle Skeleton (talk) 00:20, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
